Murmurs of the poor

3D Printed PLA, Epoxy Resin and Inkjet Print

The architectural drawing is the imagined footprint of King Solomon's Temple. In his poem "King Solomon and the Ants" John Greenleaf Whittier points out

"Happy must be the State

Whose ruler heedeth more

The murmurs of the poor

Than flatteries of the great."

I think that our leaders have forgotten to listen to the poor. When I made this, I was thinking of the ants rising up and tearing down the temple.
